Shipment Processing Time

The majority of our items are made to order. This means once we receive your order, your items will be sewn. Our goal is to have all items ready to ship (or pickup) within 5 days. Orders received on a holiday or weekend might experience a delay to the next business day due to USPS being closed. Custom orders are usually processed and shipped within 10-15 days of order. If you need a rush on this, please purchase the RUSH option. This will reduce processing to 1-3 days (depending on size of order). 

 

Shipment Rates

Items under 16 oz will ship by default USPS First Class with tracking number, unless specified. 
If you need your item(s) shipped Priority, please upgrade shipping at checkout. 

 

Confirmation and Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking order by email. If you do not receive this, please use the Contact Us form. 

For local pickup, if you do not receive notification with pickup instructions within 5 days, please contact us and check your spam. 

 

Damages

ClapperCreations is not responsible for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. ClapperCreations will be happy to help with this process. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
